摘  要:为了研究入模温度和引气剂掺量对负温下混凝土抗压强度及抗氯离子渗透性的影响,在持续-5℃和标准养护条件下,分别进行了不同引气剂掺量(0、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%)的混凝土在不同入模温度(5、10、15、20℃)下的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透试验。试验结果表明:(1)低负温环境会抑制混凝土抗压强度的发展,相比于标准养护,负温养护明显降低了混凝土抗压强度,增加了达到预定设计抗压强度的龄期。(2)入模温度对混凝土强度和抗氯离子渗透能力均有影响:相同龄期时,混凝土的入模温度越高,混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性均越好。(3)相同养护条件下,混凝土抗压强度随着引气剂掺量的增加逐渐减小,而抗氯离子渗透性先增大后减小,引气剂掺量为0.05%时,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能最好。In order to study the effects of molding temperature and air entraining agent content on the compressive strength and chloride ion permeability of negative temperature concrete,the compressive strength and chloride ion permeability of concrete with different air entrainment agent content(0,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%)at different mold entry temperature(5,10,15,20℃)were tested under the condition of-5 constant temperature curing and standard curing.Experimental results show that(1)Low negative temperature environment will inhibit the development of the compressive strength of concrete.Compared with the standard curing,the negative temperature significantly reduces the growth of the compressive strength of concrete and increases the age to reach the predetermined designed compressive strength.(2)Molding temperature has both effects on the strength of concrete and the ability to resist chloride ion penetration,on the same age stage,the higher the molding temperature is,the compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete are the better.(3)Under the same curing condition,the compressive strength of concrete decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of air entraining agent,while the resistance to chloride ion permeability first increases and then decreases.Concrete has the best resistance to chloride ion permeability when the content of air entrainment agent is 0.05%.
