摘 要:为了研究醇胺类迁移型阻锈剂(MCI)在粉煤灰混凝土中的迁移性能和规律,分别在自然迁移和电场加速迁移条件下开展了其在不同粉煤灰掺量混凝土中的迁移试验,并通过化学方法分析阻锈剂在不同粉煤灰掺量混凝土中迁移深度和含量。试验结果表明:电场作用可以有效地加速MCI在混凝土中的迁移。在自然迁移中,随着粉煤灰的掺入,MCI的迁移性能受到一定的影响,粉煤灰掺量30%时影响较大,最大迁移深度仅为35 mm;而在电场加速迁移中,该影响被减弱,且迁移速度远快于自然迁移,在24 h时阻锈剂即可迁移至50 mm处,且在各深度处均匀分布。In order to study the migration performance and law of alcohol amine migration type rust inhibitor(MCI)in fly ash concrete,the migration experiments of MCI in different fly ash content concrete were carried out under the conditions of natural migration and electric field accelerated migration,and the migration depth and content of corrosion inhibitor in different fly ash content concrete were analyzed by chemical methods.The results show that the electric field can effectively accelerate the migration of MCI in concrete.In the natural migration,with the addition of fly ash,the migration performance of MCI is affected to some extent.When the fly ash content is 30%,the inlfuence is greater,and the maximum migration depth is only 35 mm.While in the electric field accelerated migration,the influence is weakened,and the migration speed is much faster than the natural migration.In 24 h,the rust inhibitor can migrate to 50 mm,and evenly distributed at all depths.
