摘  要:采用粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰、硅烷、丁苯胶乳5种材料作为再生大骨料的改性掺合料,研究了各改性掺合料单掺及复掺对再生大骨料吸水率和压碎指标的影响规律,比较了改性再生骨料混凝土(MAC)与天然骨料混凝土(NAC)、再生骨料混凝土(RAC)的性能差异,并分别构建了3种混凝土在受拉受压情况下的本构方程。研究结果表明各采用10%掺量的复掺硅灰和丁苯胶乳对再生大骨料进行改性,可以使再生大骨料吸水率降至2.45%,压碎指标值降至11.78%,满足骨料I类标准,用试验最佳配合比拌和的MAC的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度均处于NAC与RAC之间。Using fly ash and mineral powder,silica fume,silane and butyl benzene latex five kinds of materials as recycled big aggregate modified admixtures,studied the modification of admixture mixed and mixed with recycled big aggregate the influence law of water absorption and crush index,compares the modification of recycled aggregate concrete(MAC)and the natural aggregate concrete(NAC),the performance of the recycled aggregate concrete(RAC),and respectively constructed three kinds of concrete under tension compression constitutive equation.The results of the study show that the use of 10%of mixed silica fume and styrene-butadiene latex to modify the recycled large aggregate can reduce the water absorption rate of the recycled large aggregate to 2.45%and the crushing index value to 11.78%,which meets aggregate I standard,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of MAC mixed with the best test ratio are between NAC and RAC.
