摘 要:为了实现建筑固废的资源化利用,以再生微粉为研究对象,探究了PVA纤维掺量、水胶比、砂胶比、再生微粉替代率、减水剂掺量对再生微粉混凝土抗拉性能的影响规律。试验研究表明,水胶比是影响高延性再生微粉混凝土抗拉强度的最主要因素,随着水胶比的增大,抗拉强度逐渐降低;PVA纤维掺量是影响抗拉强度的次要因素,当PVA纤维掺量为1.5%时,抗拉强度达到最大,随后随PVA纤维掺量而降低;再生微粉掺量在25%时抗拉强度达到峰值,如果掺量继续增加,抗拉强度将下降。适量的再生微粉可以改善高延性再生微粉混凝土的应变硬化性能,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。In order to realize the resource utilization of building solid waste,takes recycled powder as research object,and explores the mixing amount of PVA fiber,water-binder ratio,sand-binder ratio,replacement rate of recycled powder,water reducing agent dosage on the tensile performance of recycled powder concrete.The results show that the water-binder ratio is the most important factor affecting the tensile strength of high ductility recycled powder concrete,and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio.The content of PVA fiber is the secondary factor affecting the tensile strength.When the content of PVA fiber is 1.5%,the tensile strength reaches the maximum,and then decreases with PVA fiber increase.The tensile strength reached the peak when the recycled powder content was 25%,and the tensile strength would decrease if the content continued to increase.Moderate amount of recycled powder can improve the strain hardening property of high ductility recycled powder concrete,so it has a good prospect of popularization and application.
