摘 要:钢渣粉磨前通过破碎、磁选、筛分、预粉磨等工序,可增加钢渣的粉磨效率。通过对不同粉磨工艺制备的钢渣粉进行细度及粒径分布测试,结合化学组成、XRD与SEM物相分析,研究了预处理工艺对钢渣粉磨效率的影响。为评价钢渣粉作为混凝土矿物掺合料的性能,进一步分析了预处理工艺对钢渣粉活性指数、胶砂流动度及安定性的影响。结果表明,增加预磁选和预粉磨工序、合理控制预粉磨时间可有效解离分选出钢渣中的磁性铁和难磨矿物相RO相及铁酸钙,可降低钢渣粉中游离氧化钙含量,提高其安定性。不同预处理工艺制备钢渣粉的活性指数、流动度及安定性性能均满足二级钢渣粉要求,当钢渣粉比表面积在400~537 m^(2)/kg范围变化时,对其活性指数的影响不显著。The grinding efficiency of steel slag can be increased by pretreatment processes such as crushing,magnetic separation,screening and pre-grinding.By measuring the fineness and particle size distribution of steel slag powders prepared by different grinding processes,the influence of pretreatment processes on the grinding efficiency of steel slag was studied combining with chemical composition,XRD and SEM phase analysis.To access the property of steel slag powders used as concrete mineral admixture,the influence of pretreatment processes on the activity index,fluidity and soundness of steel slag powders was further investigated.The results show that with the processes of pre-magnetic separation,pre-grinding and controlling the pre-grinding time,the magnetic iron and the hard grinding mineral phases such as RO phase and calcium ferrite in steel slag can be dissociated and separated effectively.Moreover,these pretreatment processes can decrease the content of free calcium oxide in steel slag powder and improve its stability.The activity index,fluidity and soundness properties of steel slag powders prepared by different pretreatment processes all meet the requirements of grade II steel slag powder.When the specific surface area of steel slag powder are in the range of 400~537 m^(2)/kg,the effect of steel slag fineness on its activity index is not significant.
