摘 要:为了克服机制砂的缺点,配制出适合泵送的中高强度等级的机制砂混凝土,考虑机制砂的物理特性,引入混合砂表观密度和骨料用量修正系数k对传统的配合比设计理论进行了修正,并通过加入适量羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)来提高机制砂混凝土的保水性和黏聚性。设计并试拌了C50的混凝土,经调整骨料用量后得出了工作性优、适合泵送的机制砂混凝土各材料用量,借此回归出骨料用量修正系数k的取值约为1.06。用此理论及方法试拌的另3组机制砂混凝土的工作性能完全满足泵送要求,测试得到的混凝土立方体抗压强度也满足设计要求。结果表明,提出的配合比设计理论与黄氏致密理论计算的结果基本一致。In order to overcome the shortcoming of manufactured sand,formulate the manufactured sand concrete with medium to high strength grade suitable for pumping,it analyses the physical characteristics of manufactured sand,the introduction of mixed sand apparent density and aggregate amount of correction factor k to revised the mix proportion design of traditional theory,and by adding suitable amount of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)ether to improve the water retention of manufactured sand concrete and adhesiveness.The concrete of C50 was designed and mixed.After adjusting the aggregate dosage,the material dosage of manufactured sand concrete with excellent working performance and suitable for pumping was obtained.It is deduced that the aggregate dosage correction factor k is about1.06.The working performance of the other three groups of manufactured sand concrete tested by this method fully meets the pumping requirements,and the compressive strength of the tested concrete cube also meets the design requirements.The experimental results show that the mix ratio design theory proposed is basically consistent with the calculation results of Huang′s theory.
