摘 要:夹泥、混凝土胶结不良等此类桩身缺陷工程中常用注浆法或钢管-注浆法进行处理,然而目前对缺陷桩的加固后的承载机理及效果评价等认识仍不充分。设计40、60 mm两种缺陷大小与中、下两个缺陷部位的缺陷桩,对其分别使用钢管-注浆法与注浆法进行加固,对正常桩与缺陷加固桩模型进行竖向荷载试验,并进行荷载-位移分析与桩身应力-应变分析,试验结果表明:注浆法可使缺陷桩恢复相对正常桩77.9%~81.1%的承载力,钢管-注浆法恢复幅度为79.1%~90.6%,其中钢管刚度的选择对钢管-注浆法的效果发挥起重要作用。钢管-注浆法在承载力恢复与控制变形方面均优于注浆法,两种加固工艺对缺陷部位占比10%以内的缺陷桩均能取得稳定的加固效果。Defect piles contained clayand segregated have been used to reinforced bysteel pipe-cement groutingmethod and cement grouting method in engineering,although relevant researchs relate to the theory and effect appraisement are relatively limited.Two types of defect size(40 mm and 60 mm)and defective parts(middle and lower)are designed for defect pile model which reinforced by steel pipe-cement grouting method and cement grouting method separately.Relevant conclusions are drawn based on the compression tests of normal piles and defect piles model,the load-displacement analysis and the stress-strain analysis of the pile are also being analyzed,defect piles can be recovered the bearing capacity to 77.9%~81.1%and 79.1%~90.6%strengthened by steel pipe-cement grouting method and cement grouting method,the choice of steel-pipe play an important role for reinforcement effect.Steel pipe-cement grouting method is superior to cement grouting method in the aspect of capacity and displacement,both of them can obtained stable recoverd for piles which contain defect ratio is 10%.
