摘　　要：目的探讨改良式接尿器在婴幼儿尿标本留取中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1~6月在淮北市妇幼保健院儿科住院的84例患儿,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组与试验组,每组42例。对照组采用常规塑料尿杯留取尿液,试验组采用改良式接尿器,比较两组患儿尿标本留取的成功率及患儿家长留取尿标本的依从性。结果对照组与试验组患儿尿标本留取成功率分别为45.24%和76.19%;患儿家属留取尿标本的依从性分别为73.81%和95.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式接尿器有效地提高患儿尿标本留取的成功率,改善患儿家长留取尿标本的依从性,增进护患关系,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of improved urine collector in the retention of urine samples in infants.Methods A total of 84 children hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of Huaibei Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group used conventional plastic urine cup to retain urine,and the experimental group used improved urine receiver to compare the success rate of retention of urine samples between the two groups and the compliance of children’s parents to retain urine samples.Results The success rate of retention of urine samples in the control group and the experimental group was 45.24%and 76.19%,respectively;the compliance of family members of children with urine samples was 73.81%and 95.24%respectively.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved urine receiver can effectively improve the success rate of retention of urine samples in children,the compliance of parents,the relationship between nurses and patients,and nursing satisfaction.
