2000-2020年中医药防治疫病国外文献的可视化分析与国内外热点对比研究

摘　　要：目的:呈现中医药防治疫病国外文献的现况,将国内外研究热点进行对比,为今后的研究提出建议与展望。方法:检索2000-2020年Web of Science、CNKI文献,使用CiteSpace进行可视化软件处理,对关键词、机构、作者进行分析。使用HistCite对国外文献关键词、作者、期刊类型、国家/地区、机构进行计量分析。结果:英文文献热点关键词包括pneumonia、baicalin、antiviral、Maxingshigan decoction等。国内文献热点关键词包括:中医药疗法、病因病机、辨证论治、临床研究、中西医结合等。结论:对比国内外热点发现国内文献以病因病机探讨、证型分析为主;国外文献以方剂和中药药理作用以及对机体抗病毒作用的机理阐述和实验研究为主。中医治疗疫病的优势在于:①提高治愈率,降低死亡率;②副作用较轻;③未病先防,既病防变,已病防传。Objective:To present the status quo of the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases by TCM in foreign literature,and to make a comparative study of the research hotspots at domestic and foreign,so as to put forward Suggestions and prospects for future research.Methods:Literature of WOS and CNKI from 2000 to 2020 was retrieved,and CiteSpace was used for visualization software processing.Key words,institutions and authors were analyzed.HistCite was used to conduct a quantitative analysis of foreign literature keywords,authors,journal types,countries/regions and institutions.Results:Hot issues in English literature included pneumonia,baicalin,antiviral and Maxingshigan decoction.Hot issues in domestic literature included TCM therapy,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,clinical research,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,etc.Conclusion:Comparing with domestic and foreign hot issues,the domestic literatures mainly focus on symptom analysis and discussion on etiology and pathogenesis;however,the foreign literatures mainly focus on experimental studies,pharmacology in prescription and TCM,and descriptions of mechanism for antiviral effects on human bodies.The advantages of TCM in the treatment of epidemic diseases are summarized as follows:①Improve the cure rate and reduce the death rate;②Minor side effect;③Prevent disease before it develops,and prevent its spread before it changes.Finally,the research prospect of TCM prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases is put forward.
