摘  要:目的:科学地管理成都中医药大学中药博物馆内的腊叶标本;合理地安排腊叶标本的交换、采集及构建植物腊叶标本数字化资源库等。方法:采用适当的植物分类系统对腊叶标本进行分类贮藏,采用Microsoft Office Excel数字化标本后对标本的种类、采集时间、采集地点、采集人、鉴定人等字段进行统计与分析。结果:馆中已信息化的腊叶标本共52169份,分别隶属于250科1404属4375种(包含了亚种、变种和变型),共包含7个类群,藻类植物占0.08%、菌类植物占0.06%、地衣类植物占0.16%、苔藓类植物占2.94%、蕨类植物占1.00%、裸子植物占0.05%、被子植物占95.71%。其中药用植物共43616份。标本分别采自中国、日本、阿尔巴尼亚、缅甸和中非5个国家和地区。国内采集地分布在30个省、直辖市、自治区、特别行政区,四川省的标本量最多,共47288份(暗紫贝母最多)。采集时间集中在20世纪70年代,达15611份(5~7月的标本采集量最多)。采集量最多的人(队)是刘代明和四川药源普查大队,鉴定最多的人是卢先明,单独鉴定30502份占总量58.4%。模式标本共224份,隶属于8科9属25种(包含亚种、变种和变型),卷叶黄精最多。结论:该研究结果显示了馆内腊叶标本的详细情况,可更好的系统化存列和管理标本,并为生物学、植物学等方向的科学研究提供资源。Objective:In order to scientifically manage herbarium specimens in the Museum of Chinese Materia Medica of Chengdu University of TCM;reasonably arrange the exchange and collection of herbarium specimens and construct a digital resource bank of herbarium specimens specimens.Methods:Use an appropriate plant classification system to classify and store herbarium specimens,and use Microsoft Office Excel to digitize the specimens to perform statistics and analysis on the type,collection time,collection location,collection person,and appraiser of the specimen.Results:There are a total of 52169 specimens of herbarium specimens in the library,belonging to 250 families,1404 genera,and 4375 species(including subspecies,varieties and variants),including 7 taxa,algae plants accounted for 0.08%,fungi plants accounted for 0.06%,lichens accounted for 0.16%,bryophytes accounted for 2.94%,ferns accounted for 1.00%,gymnosperms accounted for 0.05%,and angiosperms accounted for 95.71%.Among them,there are 43616 medicinal plants.The specimens were collected from 5 countries and regions in China,Japan,Albania,Myanmar and Central Africa.The domestic collection sites are distributed in 30 provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions,and special administrative regions.Sichuan Province has the largest number of specimens,with a total of 47,288 specimens(the Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia is the most).The collection time was concentrated in the 1970s,reaching 15,611(the largest number of specimens were collected from May to July).The people(teams)who collected the most were Liu Daiming and the Sichuan Medicine Source Census Team,and the people who identified the most were Lu Xianming,who individually identified 30502 copies,accounting for 58.4%of the total.There are 224 type specimens,belonging to 8 families,9 genera and 25 species(including subspecies,varieties and variants),and Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.)Royle the most.Conclusion:The research results show the details of herbarium specimens in the museum,which can better sys
