摘  要:近年来,由于不合理的耕作方式、高强度的农业活动以及全球性的气候变化导致适合植物正常生长土壤面积日益减少。随着科技进步,无土栽培技术日益成熟,但不同作物所需的有机肥配比有所不同。研究不同有机肥配比对无土栽培柳叶白苋菜生长的影响,能够为柳叶白苋菜找到适合的有机肥配比,从而促进增产增收,满足大众对蔬菜供应多样化的需求。因此,本文研究柳叶白苋菜的基质配比为,试验以不添加有机肥为对照,研究柳叶白苋菜最适宜的有机肥占比,在植株长势中,D3(有机肥∶基质=1∶10)比例下,柳叶白苋菜的株高、茎粗、叶片数、根长、地上部鲜物质含量、地下部鲜物质含量、地下部干物质含量均最高,在光合能力上,D3的柳叶白苋菜的净光合速率、细胞间CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均最高,在叶绿素含量上,D3的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、总叶绿素含量最高。综合分析不同比例有机肥处理后的柳叶白苋菜的生长指标和生理指标,结果表明D3处理下的柳叶白苋菜生长最好,该有机肥比例最适合应用于柳叶白苋菜的栽培。In recent years,due to unreasonable farming methods,high-intensity agricultural activities and global climate change,the soil area suitable for normal plant growth is decreasing day by day.With the progress of science and technology,soilless culture technology is becoming more and more mature,but the proportion of organic fertilizer required by different crops is different.Studying the effects of different organic fertilizer ratios on the growth of soilless cultivated Amaranthus salicifolia will find a suitable organic fertilizer ratio for growth,so as to promote yield and income,and meet the public's demand for diversified vegetable supply.Matrix Proportioning Test of Amaranthus salicifolia:Taking no organic fertilizer as control,the optimum organic fertilizer proportions of Amaranthus salicifolia were studied.In plant growth,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,root length,aboveground fresh matter content,underground fresh matter content and underground dry matter content of Amaranthus salicifolia D3 were the highest.The net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of vegetables were the highest,and chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids and total chlorophyll content of D3 were the highest.The results showed that the growth index and physiological index of Amaranthus salicifolia treated with D3 proportion of organic fertilizer was the best,and the proportion of organic fertilizer was the most suitable for the cultivation of Amaranthus salicifolia.
