摘  要:为了探究大林姬鼠和黑线姬鼠肠道微生物的组成及是否有显著差异,采用高通量测序技术对10只大林姬鼠和10只黑线姬鼠的肠道菌群的组成进行了初步分析,并比较两组之间肠道菌群的差异。结果表明,两种鼠的肠道菌群在门水平上以厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、变形菌门为主。在属水平上,大林姬鼠的优势菌属为unidentified-Muribaculace、unidentified-Lachnospiraceae、螺杆菌属,黑线姬鼠的优势菌属为unidentified-Lachnospiraceae、unidentified-Muribaculace、乳杆菌属。Anosim分析结果表明,大林姬鼠与黑线姬鼠肠道菌群的组间差异大于组内差异,且两组间肠道菌群差异极显著(P<0.01)。本研究结果为防治农林有害微生物和有效评估鼠类疾病传播风险提供基础微生物数据。To investigate the composition of intestinal microorganisms of Apodemus peninsulae and Apodemus agrarius and whether there is significant difference,the composition of intestinal flora of 10 A.peninsulae and 10 A.agrarius was preliminarily analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technique,and the difference of intestinal flora between the two groups was compared.The results showed that,at the phylum level,the intestinal flora of the two species of rats was dominated by Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria.At genus level,the dominant genus of A.peninsulae was unidentified-Muribaculace、unidentified-Lachnospiraceae、Helicobacter,the dominant genus of A.agrarius is unidentified-Lachnospiraceae、unidentified-Muribaculace、Lactobacillus.The results of Anosim analysis showed that the inter-group differences in intestinal flora of A.peninsulae and A.agrarius were greater than the intra-group differences,and the differences in intestinal flora between the two groups were extremely significant(P<0.01).The results of this study will provide basic microbial data for controlling harmful microorganisms in agriculture and forestry and effectively assessing the risk of rodent-borne disease transmission.
