摘 要:0引言NF-Y(nuclear factor-Y,NF-Y)是一类与CCAAT基序结合的转录因子,由NF-YA、NF-YB和NF-YC 3个亚基组成[1-2]。NF-YC参与并调控植物生长发育的进程以及在生物和非生物胁迫响应过程中起作用[3]。AtNF-YC1通过与AtXTH21基因启动子区的CCAAT-box结合调控拟南芥对冷胁迫的响应[4]。AtNF-YC4可响应病原菌的侵染,其过表达植株对病原菌的敏感性降低[5]。NF-Y(nuclear factor-Y)family genes play an important role in plant growth,development and response to stress.Related studies on NF-YC subunit genes of maize have not been reported.In this study,17 NF-YC subunit genes in silicon cloning and bioinformatics methods were divided into three subfamilies,encoding product of CBFD;FYB;MF domain by conserved domain analysis.During maize different developmental stages and different tissues,NF-YC subunit genes exhibited significantly different expression levels.The maize NF-YC subunit genes were detected with obvious differences in their expression level under different abiotic stresses and Fusarium Verticillioide infection.Based on qRT-PCR results,the expression levels of NF-YC subunit genes were significantly changed after SA,JA and ET hormones treatments.Collectively,NF-YC subunit genes display conserved functions in maize growth and development as well as resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses,laying a foundation for elucidating the mechanism of NF-YC subunit genes in maize.
