摘 要:金属-有机聚合物(MOPs)作为一种新型功能材料,用途广泛,但其导电性差,一定程度上限制了其在电化学传感领域的应用。本工作使用6-(3′-吡啶基)间苯二甲酸(H;PIA)配体,采用溶剂热法合成了一种新的Co基金属-有机聚合物,即[Co(PIA)(H;O);];(A),通过沉积还原的方法在其上负载Ag纳米颗粒(NPs),得到Ag@A纳米复合材料。A和Ag@A的一系列表征结果显示Ag NPs的掺入并不影响A的主体框架结构,该金属-有机聚合物的框架结构在复合前后保持稳定,Ag元素在Ag@A复合材料中分布均匀。电化学测试结果表明,该复合材料较本体金属-有机聚合物电化学性质显著改善,利用其修饰玻碳电极构建的非酶促电化学传感器可用于对葡萄糖溶液的检测。Ag@A对葡萄糖的氧化具有良好的电催化活性,可进行定量检测,其检测范围为5~1500μmol·L^(-1),检测限为1.59μmol·L^(-1),灵敏度为0.056μA·L·μmol^(-1)。此外,还对该传感器的选择性和稳定性进行了考察,其抗干扰检测能力强,可稳定至2000 s。Glucose is an indispensable nutrient in the metabolism of organism,and it is an important sign of disease diagnosis and diet quality monitoring.Most of the current glucose detection techniques such as high liquid chromatography,3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS)colorimetric method,fibrin titration and fluorescence methods are time-consuming and poorly stable,which are not conducive to the practical application of glucose detection.Electrochemical methods are sensitive,simple in operation,quick in response time and high in selectivity.Currently,electrochemical biosensors based on glucose oxidase(GOD)have been widely studied and applied as an effective means of glucose detection.However,due to the nature of enzymes that are easily affected by the external environment,these GOD-based biosensors are usually poorly stable and difficult to reproduce.At the same time,non-enzymatic electrochemical sensors have received widespread attention because of their low price,ease of operation and long-term stability.But the nanomaterials available for sensing are relatively expensive and the electrochemical activity of the electrode surface is difficult to control.Metal-organic polymers(MOPs)have been attracted much attention as a new functional material for electrocatalytic applications and are considered to be promising materials for sensors.However,poor electrical conductivity is a significant shortcoming for most MOPs,a feature that limits their application in electrocatalytic.Metal nanoparticles(NPs),with large specific surface area,abundant centers and better stability,usually exhibit stronger electrocatalytic activity.Among the many metal NPs,Ag NPs have good catalytic and biocompatible properties and can be used for designing electrochemical glucose sensors.In this work,a new Co-based metal-organic polymers(A)was synthesized using a solvothermal method based on the ligand 6-(3′-pyridyl)isophthalic acid.The data reduction of the single crystal diffractometer test results was performed,and the initial structure of MOP was sol
