摘　　要：Your Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,Your Excellency Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro Locsin,Ministers,Friends,Good afternoon!It is my great pleasure to join you again at the Manila Forum for China-Philippines Relations.A year ago,Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and I announced together the launch of the Forum in Manila.I am very glad to see it growing rapidly during the past year and its role in promoting the mutual trust and cooperation between our two peoples.I would like to salute Your Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and people from all sectors in both countries who have worked so hard for China-Philippines friendship.尊敬的阿罗约阁下,尊敬的洛钦外长,各位部长们,朋友们:大家好!很高兴再次参加“中菲马尼拉论坛”。一年前,我在马尼拉同阿罗约阁下共同宣布论坛成立。很高兴地看到,一年来,论坛取得快速发展,增进了两国人民的互信与合作。在此,我谨向阿罗约阁下以及所有致力于中菲友好的两国各界人士致以诚挚的敬意。
