摘　　要：近年来,随着越来越多高效、安全的生物制剂被研制并应用于临床,针对风湿免疫病的治疗取得重大进展,而司库奇尤单抗(secukinumab)作为一种新型生物制剂,具有起效迅速、疗效显著、安全性高的特点,可显著改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。现就司库奇尤单抗在风湿病,尤其在强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis)、银屑病关节炎(psoriatic arthritis)、类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis)等疾病中的应用及疗效作一综述,以期为临床诊治提供参考。In recent years,with the development and clinical application of more and more efficient and safe biological agents,great progress has been made in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases.As a new biological agent,secukinumab has the characteristics of rapid onset,significant curative effect and high safety.It can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.This paper reviewed the application of secukinumab in the treatment of rheumatism,mainly focusing on the application and curative effect of ankylosing spondylitis,psoriatic arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
