摘　　要：我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者人数近一亿,严重影响了人民群众的健康状况。作为COPD管理方案中的重要组成部分,肺康复(pulmonary rehabilitation,PR)在改善患者生命质量,延缓疾病发展发挥着重要作用。PR理念已经在我国传播多年,PR项目也在国内的医疗机构中相续开展起来,从目前的报道中可以看出,既有良好的经验,也有不少问题存在,反映出我国的PR事业尚处在积极探索之中。该文现就目前我国PR开展的现状作一综述,为继续推动我国PR事业的发展提供参考。The number of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in China was close to 100 million,which seriously affected the health of the people.As an important part of the COPD management plan,pulmonary rehabilitation(PR)played an important role in improving the quality of life of patients and delaying the development of the disease.The PR concept had been disseminated in my country for many years,and PR projects had been successively carried out in domestic medical institutions.It could be seen from the current reports that there are not only good experience but also many problems,which reflected the continued development of my country’s PR business.This article summarized the current status of PR development in my country,and provided a reference for continuing to promote the development of PR undertakings in China.
