阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取200例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用克霉唑片联合雌三醇乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后阴道分泌物中炎性指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-8及IL-6]水平、临床症状改善时间、阴道乳酸杆菌阳性率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(96/100),高于对照组的84.00%(84/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组阴道分泌物中TNF-α、IL-8和IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组乳酸杆菌阳性率为92.00%(92/100),高于对照组的68.00%(68/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和乳酸杆菌阳性率,降低阴道分泌物中炎性指标水平,效果优于克霉唑片联合雌三醇软膏治疗。Objective:To observe effects of live Lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use in treatment of senile patients with vaginitis.Methods:200 senile patients with vaginitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clotrimazole tablets combined with Estriol ointment,while the observation group was additionally treated with live Lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use on the basis of those of the control group.The treatment effects,the vaginal secretion inflammatory index levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-8 and IL-6],the clinical symptom improvement time,the vaginal lactobacillus positive rate and the adverse reactions rate were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(96/100),which was higher than 84.00%(84/100)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 in vaginal secretions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Lactobacillus positive rate in the observation group was 92.00%(92/100),which was higher than 68.00%(68/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Live Lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use in the treatment of the senile patients with vaginitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the Lactobacillus positive rate,and reduce the levels of vaginal secretion inflammatory indexes.Moreover,it is superior to Clotrimazole tablets combined with Estriol ointment treatment.
