通窍鼻炎片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察通窍鼻炎片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果。方法:选取100例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通窍鼻炎片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分、血清特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)水平、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平、白细胞介素(IL)-1β水平和IL-8水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏和头晕头痛等症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组sIgE、ECP、IL-1β和IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者可提高疗效,降低症状评分及sIgE、ECP、IL-1β和IL-8水平,效果优于单纯布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Tongqiao Biyan tablets combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:100 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension inhalation treatment,while the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and the levels of serum specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-8 were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of symptoms such as nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing,dizziness and headache in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of sIgE,ECP,IL-1βand IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tongqiao Biyan tablets combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of the patients with chronic sinusitis can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the symptom scores and the levels of sIgE,ECP,IL-1βand IL-8.Moreover,it is superior to single Budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy.
