百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果。方法:选取60例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采用百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、胱抑素C(Cyc-C)、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)]、氧化应激指标[活性氧(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]和T细胞亚群指标[CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]水平。结果:治疗后,两组BUN、SCr、β_(2)-MG、Cys-C、ROS、MDA、CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组SOD、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病患者可降低肾功能指标水平,改善氧化应激指标和T细胞亚群指标水平,优于单纯厄贝沙坦治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Bailing capsules combined with Irbesartan in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Irbesartan,while the observation group was treated with Bailing capsules combined with Irbesartan.The levels of renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),cystatin C(Cyc-C),β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)],the oxidative stress index levels (reactive oxygen species(ROS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and T cell subset indicator levels[CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of BUN,SCr,β_(2)-MG,Cys-C,ROS,MDA and CD8^(+) in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the levels of SOD,CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bailing capsules combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of the patients with diabetic nephropathy can reduce the levels of renal function indexes and improve the levels of oxidative stress indexes and the T cell subset indicators.Moreover,it is superior to single Irbesartan treatment.
