摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀类中药注射液不良反应(ADR)发生的影响因素。方法:选取140例接受活血化瘀类中药注射液治疗的患者为研究对象。统计患者用药后ADR发生情况,采用Logistic回归分析活血化瘀类中药注射液ADR发生的影响因素。结果:活血化瘀类中药注射液治疗后,140例患者中共8例出现ADR,占比5.71%(8/140);发生ADR的患者首次用药、溶媒选择、联合用药、联合用药时冲管及用药时间与未发生ADR的患者比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生ADR患者中,年龄≥60岁、有过敏史、溶媒用量<标准用量、滴注速度≥70滴/min的占比均高于未发生ADR患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、有过敏史、溶媒用量<标准用量、滴注速度≥70滴/min均为影响活血化瘀类中药注射液ADR发生的独立性危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:年龄≥60岁、有过敏史、溶媒用量<标准用量、滴注速度≥70滴/min均为影响活血化瘀类中药注射液ADR发生的独立危险因素。Objective:To explore influencing factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR)of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods:140 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were selected as the research objects.The incidence of ADR in these patients after medication was statistically analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Results:After the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,ADR occurred in 8 cases of 140 patients,accounting for 5.71%(8/140).There were no statistical differences in first medication,solvent selection,and the flushing tube and medication time of combination medication among the patients with ADR and those without ADR(P>0.05).However,there were statistical differences in age≥60 years old,history of allergies,solvent volume<standard dosage,and infusion rate≥70 drops/min among the patients with ADR and those without ADR(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old,history of allergies,vehicle volume<standard dosage,and infusion rate≥70 drops/min were the independent risk factors for ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Age≥60 years old,history of allergies,vehicle volume<standard dosage,and infusion rate≥70 drops/min are the independent risk factors for ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
