摘  要:碳纳米管(CNT)作为一种一维结构的纳米材料,具有优良的力学、电学、热学性能,且拥有与炭黑相似的表面结构和化学组成,可作为一种纳米填料,用于改善聚合物的性能。但容易团聚这一特性限制了它的大规模应用。为了解决这个问题,本研究通过可逆-加成断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合方法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚对氯甲基苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PMMA-b-PVBC),用1-甲基咪唑季铵化得到离子液体嵌段共聚物PMMA-b-PVBMIm(PMVIm)。把它作为分散剂,用溶液共混的方法,将碳纳米管很好地分散在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基体中,得到CNT/PMVIm/PMMA共混体系。用透射电镜和扫描电镜技术对共混体系的形貌进了分析,结果显示CNT在聚合物基体中得到良好的分散。One-dimensional nanomaterial carbon nanotubes(CNTs),with surface structure and chemical composition similar to carbon black,had excellent mechanical,electrical,and thermal properties.Therefore,CNTs could be used as a kind of nano-filler to improve the properties of polymers.However,the feature of agglomeration limited its large-scale application.In order to solve this problem,in this study,a block copolymer(PMMA-b-PVBC)containing polymethyl methacrylate and polyvinyl benzyl chloride segments was synthesized by a reversible-addition fracture chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization method.After that,the block copolymer was quaternized with 1-methylimidazole to obtain the ionic liquid block copolymer PMMA-b-PVBMIm(PMVIM).The CNT/PMVIm/PMMA blend was prepared by dispersing carbon nanotubes in polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)matrix via solution blending.The morphologies of the blended systems were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that CNTs are dispersed evenly in the polymer matrix.
