摘 要:制备了五种双酸型离子液体催化剂1-丙基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑氯代金属酸盐[HO_(3) S-(CH_(2))_(3)-mim]Cl-MCl_(x),并对其化学结构进行了测试与分析。以矿泉水瓶为处理对象,研究了五种双酸型离子液体催化降解瓶级聚酯的性能,并对降解产物对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHET)进行了化学结构分析。结果表明,制备的五种双酸型离子液体催化剂为目标产物,其中[HO_(3) S-(CH_(2))_(3)-mim]Cl-FeCl_(3)催化性能最佳。在温度为190℃、反应时间为6 h的工艺条件下降解矿泉水瓶,BHET收率可达91.06%,这说明制备的双酸型离子液体催化剂对瓶级聚酯降解表现出很好的催化性能,具有良好的发展前景。Five diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts 1-propyl sulfonic acid-3-methylimidazole chloride[HO_(3) S-(CH_(2) )_(3) -mim]Cl-MCl_(x) were prepared,and their chemical structures were tested and analyzed.The performance of the diacid comprising ionic liquid catalyzed degradation bottle polyester was studied using the mineral water bottle,and the chemical structures of degradation product,such as,terephthalate(BHET)were analyzed.The results show that in the five diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts,the[HO_(3) S-(CH_(2) )_(3) -mim]Cl-FeCl_(3) catalyst reveals optimal catalytic degradation performance for the mineral water bottle.And at the temperature of 190 ℃ and reaction time of 6 h,the BHET yield could reach 91.06%,which shows that the prepared diacid comprising ionic liquid catalysts exhibit well catalytic degradation performance to bottle grade polyester and have good development prospects.
