摘 要:以绿色可降解的聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖为成膜物质,添加采用氢氧化钠(NaOH)蚀刻玄武岩鳞片(BS),并与植酸钠(PA-Na)、乙酸镍通过共沉淀法制备的阻燃剂制备出一种玄武岩/聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖阻燃复合材料且对该材料的耐水性进行提高。结果表明,当添加10%改性玄武岩时,复合材料BS-PA-Ni/PK的极限氧指数( LOI )达到39.34%,垂直燃烧等级达到UL94 V-0 级别,最大热释放量和总热释放量较对照组降低67.7%和54.7%,且较对比组残炭率提高26.88%。 并且BS-PA-Ni/PK组材料较PK组吸水率降低93.8%,水接触角达到118.0°。因此改性玄武岩的添加可以提高复合材料的热稳定性、阻燃性能和耐水性。A basalt/polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan flame retardant composite was prepared by using green degradable polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan as the film-forming material,adding a flame retardant prepared by using sodium hydroxide(NaOH)to carve basalt scales(BS),and with sodium phytate(PA)and nickel acetate by co-precipitation method and improving the water resistance of the material.The results show when 10%of modified basalt is added,the limit oxygen index(LOI)of the composite BS-PA-Ni/PK could reach 39.34%,the vertical combustion grade could reach UL94 V-0 level,the maximum heat release and total heat release are reduced by 67.7%and 54.7%comparing with the control group,and the residual carbon rate increases 26.88%comparing with the comparison group.The water absorption of BS-PA-Ni/PK group is 93.8%lower than that of PK group,and the water contact angle could reach 118.0°.Therefore,the addition of modified basalt can improve the composite s thermal stability,flame retardant properties and water resistance.
