摘  要:以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性磁性纳米粒子和锂皂石为物理交联剂,聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯为化学交联剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合制备了磁性锂皂石复合聚合物吸附树脂,并对其结构和性能进行了初步研究,磁性锂皂石复合聚合物吸附树脂具有磁性Fe_(3)O_(4) 的特征衍射峰,锂皂石以纳米片层结构无规分布于非晶态聚合物基体,磁性纳米粒子、 γ -氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(CPTMO)改性磁性纳米粒子及PEI改性磁性纳米粒子分散液的Tyndal效应和磁响应性均较为显著,磁性锂皂石复合聚合物吸附树脂具有较高的耐酸性能,60 min重金属离子吸附趋于平衡,90 min达到吸附平衡,Cu^(2+) 、Cd^(2+) 、Pb^(2+) 的平衡吸附量分别达到238、259和466 mg/g。Magnetic hectorite composite polymer adsorbents were prepared by water solution free radical polymerization using polyethyleneimine(PEI)modified magnetic nanoparticles and hectorite as physical crosslinking agent,polyethylene glycol diacrylate as chemical crosslinking agent.Structure and properties of magnetic hectorite composite polymer adsorbents were studied.Magnetic hectorite composite polymer adsorbents had the characteristics of magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) diffraction peaks,whereas hectorite was randomly distributed in amorphous polymer matrix with nanometer lamellar structure.Both magnetic nanoparticles,γ-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane(CPTMO)modified magnetic nanoparticles and PEI modified magnetic nanoparticles had obvious Tyndall effect and magnetic responsiveness.Magnetic hectorite composite polymer adsorbents had high acid-resistance performance,approaching heavy metal ions adsorption balance at 60 min,reaching heavy metal ions adsorption equilibrium at 90 min.Adsorption capacities of Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)were 238,259 and 466 mg/g,respectively.
