摘  要:以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠(SIPA)为主要原料,自制丁二酸环氧环己烷二酯二醇(SCHD)为改性剂,制备出酸值为7~16 mgKOH/g,羟值为80~120 mgKOH/g的SCHD改性水溶性聚酯(WPET),进一步制备了厚度≤45 μm、光泽度在100 Gu左右的改性聚酯涂膜,对SCHD、改性WPET及其膜性能进行了表征测试。结果表明,SCHD成功合成。SCHD加入后,聚酯特性黏度降低,水溶性提高,随着SCHD含量增加,聚酯玻璃化转变温度逐渐降低,颜色逐渐加深,水溶液透明性先变好后变差。涂膜耐水性和耐化学性先增强后减弱,铅笔硬度和附着力有所增强,耐冲击性无明显变化。Using terephthalic acid(PTA),ethylene glycol(EG)and sodium isophthalic acid-5-sulfonate(SIPA)as main raw materials and succinic acid epoxy cyclohexane diester glycol(SCHD)as modifier,SCHD modified water-soluble polyester(WPET)with acid value of 7~16 mgKOH/g and hydroxyl value of 80~120 mgKOH/g was prepared,and the polyester membrane with a thickness ≤45 μm and a glossiness of about 100 Gu was further prepared.The properties of SCHD,modified WPET and their membrane were characterized and tested.The results show that SCHD is successfully synthesized.With the addition of SCHD,the intrinsic viscosity of polyester decreases and the water solubility increases.With the increase of SCHD contents,the glass transition temperature of polyester gradually decreases,the color is gradually deepened,and the transparency of aqueous solution first is improved and then deteriorated.The water resistance and chemical resistance of the film first increase and then decrease,the pencil hardness and adhesion increase,and the impact resistance could not change significantly.
