摘  要:将长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料(PP-LGF40)在一定注塑工艺条件下制备成平板,然后机械加工成标准拉伸样条,通过试验机进行拉伸、疲劳和蠕变性能测试,研究长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料机械可靠性的各向异性行为。结果表明,长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料机械可靠性各向异性行为非常明显,0°方向表现优异,90°方向相对较差,45°方向介于二者之间且接近90°方向;0°方向性能主要受基体影响,由纤维决定,45°和90°方向性能主要受基体及界面性能影响;最大应力的对数与疲劳循环次数的对数呈线性关系,应力水平的降低,疲劳寿命升高;蠕变应变与蠕变时间的对数呈对数函数关系增长。The long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material(PP-LGF40)was prepared into a flat plate under certain injection molding conditions,and then machined into a standard tensile specimen.Anisotropic behavior of the mechanical reliability of long glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene materials was studied,through the tensile,fatigue and creep properties by testing machine.The results show that the anisotropic behavior of mechanical reliability of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene materials are very obvious,the 0°direction is excellent,the 90°direction is relatively poor,and the 45°direction is between the two but close to the 90°direction.The performance in the 0°direction is mainly affected by the matrix and determined by the fiber,and the performance in the 45°and 90°directions is mainly affected by the properties of the matrix and the interface.The logarithm of the maximum stress has a linear relationship with the logarithm of the number of fatigue cycles,the lower the stress level,the higher the fatigue life.The creep strain increases with the logarithmic function of the logarithm of the creep time.
