摘 要:通过溶液-熔融共混方法制备具有良好分散性的聚丙烯/多壁碳纳米管(PP/MWCNT)复合材料,利用超临界二氧化碳对其微观结构进行调控,并对其导电性能和电磁屏蔽效能进行研究。PP/MWCNT复合材料发泡后,随着MWCNT含量的增加,泡孔尺寸从13.27μm降低至6.11μm,发泡倍率则从3.85提高至5.56。对其导电性能的研究发现,PP/MWCNT复合材料发泡前后,逾渗阈值(φ_(c))从0.54%降低至0.43%。对电磁屏蔽效能的研究发现,电磁屏蔽效能也随MWCNT含量增加而提升。当MWCNT质量分数为5%时,平均电磁屏蔽效能达到41 dB。Polypropylene/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(PP/MWCNTs)composites with good dispersion were prepared by solution-melt blending method.The micro-structure of PP/MWCNTs composites was regulated by supercritical carbon dioxide,and the corresponding electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency were systematically studied.With the increase of MWCNTs contents,the foam size decreases from 13.27μm to 6.11μm.At the same time,the foam ratio increases from 3.85 to 5.56.It is also found that the percolation thresholds of PP/MWCNTs composites decrease from 0.54%to 0.43%.The electromagnetic shielding efficiency of PP/MWCNTs composites enhances with the contents of MWCNTs.As the MWCNTs content is 5%,the average electromagnetic shielding efficiency is 41 dB.
