摘 要:分析改性麦草纤维对聚丙烯力学性能、燃烧性能的影响趋势,为功能型聚丙烯研究提供科学的参考。水溶性壳聚糖在碱性条件下对麦草纤维进行改性,以未改性/改性麦草纤维素作为添加剂,通过熔融共混制备聚丙烯复合材料,相比纯聚丙烯基体,对不同用量改性前/后复合材料的热稳定性、力学性能、燃烧性能进行研究分析。壳聚糖与麦草纤维素C1位上的隐性醛基成功发生缩合反应。改性后的麦草纤维具有更好的热稳定性。改性麦草纤维添加量为25 phr时,复合材料结晶度最高,拉伸性能、弯曲性能均有提升,LOI达到峰值19.4%,最大放热速率为190.6 kW/m^(2),则同比下降35.1%,阻燃效果明显。以壳聚糖改性麦草纤维素作为添加剂,可显著优化聚丙烯复合材料的性能。To analyze the influence trend of modified wheat straw fiber on the mechanical and combustion properties of polypropylene,a scientific reference for the research of functional polypropylene was provided.Water-soluble chitosan was used to modify wheat straw fiber under alkaline conditions.Using unmodified/modified wheat straw cellulose as an additive,polypropylene composites were prepared by melt blending.Comparing with pure polypropylene matrix,thermal stability,mechanical properties,and combustion performance of the composite material before/after modification were studied and analyzed.The results show that the condensation reaction between chitosan and the recessive aldehyde group at the C1 position of wheat straw cellulose successfully occurs,and the modified wheat straw fiber has better thermal stability.When the addition of modified wheat straw fiber is 25 phr,the composite material has the highest crystallinity.The tensile properties and bending properties have been improved,limit oxygen index( LOI )could reach a peak of 19.4%,and the maximum heat release rate is 190.6 kW/m^(2),which is a decrease of 35.1%and the flame retardant effect is obvious.Using chitosan modified wheat straw cellulose as an additive,it can significantly optimize the properties of polypropylene composites.
