摘 要:贯彻废物最小化原则、优选出适应切割取样干式高速切削工况的长寿命圆锯刀,是核工业某热室的现实需要。以商业化的1µm厚CrAlN单涂层圆锯刀为研究对象,TiCN涂层、M2圆锯刀为比对参照,研究了高速干切削316L不锈钢条件下刀具的寿命、失效形式及工件表面Rmax值,以及与涂层和基体的组织结构、性能演变的关系。结果表明,M35基CrAlN薄涂层圆锯刀进行线速度89.53 m/min干切削时,耐用度是M2基TiCN涂层圆锯刀的2.04倍,涂层和基体均表现出优异的高温红硬性、耐磨性和抗氧化性,能较好地满足热室刀具寿命长、换刀次数少、试样表面质量好的要求。M2基TiCN涂层圆锯刀的凹缺陷、热稳定性决定其不能适应400℃以上的高速干切削,其切割出的工件表面质量稍好于M2圆锯刀。Implementing the principle of waste minimization and optimizing long-life circular saw blades suitable for cutting and sampling dry high-speed cutting conditions are the actual needs of a certain hot cell in the nuclear industry.Taking the commercial 1µm thick CrAlN single-coated circular saw blade as the research object,and the TiCN coating and M2 circular saw blade as the comparative reference,the tool life,failure mode and Rmax value of the workpiece surface under the condition of high-speed dry cutting of 316L stainless steel and the relationship with the evolution of the coating and substrate structure and performance were studied.The results show that when the M35-based CrAlN thin-coated circular saw blade performs dry cutting at a linear speed of 89.53 m/min,the durability is 2.04 times that of the M2-based TiCN-coated circular saw,blade both the coating and the substrate exhibit excellent high-temperature red hardness,wear resistance and oxidation resistance,which can better meet the thermal requirements.The tool life of the chamber is long,the number of tool changes is small,and the surface quality of the sample is good.The concave defect and heat stabilityof the M2-based TiCN-coated circular saw blade determines that it cannot adapt to high-speed dry cutting above 400℃,and the surfacequality of the workpiece cut by it is slightly better than that of the M2 circular saw blade.
