育苗基质搅拌机的研制

摘　　要：针对工厂化育苗的需求和传统搅拌方式的弊端,设计并研制了一种新型基质搅拌机,研发的基质搅拌机旨在把各种育苗基质充分搅拌,且不破坏基质的内部结构。对搅拌的目的和类型进行了概述,对基质搅拌机的组成特点进行阐述,同时也对一些重要的技术参数的选取进行分析,包括箱体的设计、机构动力的设计、叶片数量、安装角以及速度的设计,得到结论为搅拌箱箱体的长为1.35 m,宽为0.7 m,高为0.55 m;机构动力为4 kW,能够保证机器在满负荷甚至超负荷运载时也能正常运转一段时间;搅拌机设计两组叶片,每组螺旋叶片中分别有5个叶片,共10个叶片;叶片安装角的取值范围在31°~40°;旋转轴的转速为160 r/min,经过合理设计后,搅拌机能够快速地将基质搅拌均匀。A new type of substrate mixer was designed and developed for the needs of factory seedling breeding and the disadvantages of traditional mixing methods.The substrate mixer developed was designed to fully stir all kinds of substrate for seedling breeding without damaging the internal structure of the substrate.The purpose and type of mixing were summarized,the composition characteristics of the matrix mixer were described,and the selection of some important technical parameters were analyzed,including the design of the box,the design of mechanism power,the number of blades,installation angle and speed.It was concluded that the length of the mixing box is 1.35 m,the width is 0.7 m and the height is 0.55 m.The power of the mechanism was 4 kW,which could ensure the normal operation of the machine for a period of time when it was loaded or even overloaded.The mixer was designed with two groups of blades.There were 5 blades in each group of spiral blades,a total of 10 blades,the value range of blade installation angle was 31°~40°,the rotating speed of the rotating shaft was 160 r/min.After reasonable design,the mixer can quickly mix the matrix evenly.
