摘 要:为解决常规缝式火车卸煤沟煤槽地下部分设备设置冗余、土建工程量较大、不适合目前国内火力发电厂工程多种来煤方式等问题,通过和常规缝式火车卸煤沟对比,提出了一种“单线单缝”火车卸煤沟方案,从煤槽的沟型设计、煤沟容量计算、有效长度设计、应用实例等方面对方案进行了分析。“单线单缝”火车卸煤沟煤槽地下部分设备简单、土建工程量小、卸车时间短、经济可靠,为今后多种来煤方式的火力发电厂的底开车缝式煤槽设计提供了借鉴。In order to solve the problems of redundancy of underground equipments and large amount of civil engineering,which are not suitable for various ways of coal supply in domestic thermal power plants,a"single-line and single-seam"train coal unloading trench scheme was proposed by comparing with conventional seam type train coal unloading trench.The scheme was analyzed from the aspects of groove design,capacity calculation,effective length design and application examples.The underground part of"single-line and single-seam"train coal chute has the advantages of simple equipment,small amount of civil engineering,short unloading time,economy and reliability,which provides a reference for the design of seam type unloading trench for bottom-open door wagon in thermal power plants with various coal supply modes in the future.
