乡村生活垃圾热解气化处理的工艺研究与装备开发

摘　　要：为就地无害化处理偏远乡村的生活垃圾,提出一种热解气化处理生活垃圾的工艺路线;并基于此工艺路线进行了装备开发。重点阐述了装备的主要结构、参数及性能。结果表明:该工艺路线及装备开发具有处理量适合、排放达标、投资较小、操作简单的技术特点,满足偏远乡村经济环保处理生活垃圾的应用需求。相比集中处理偏远乡村生活垃圾的模式,可以节约转运成本、避免二次污染,为我国农村生活垃圾的处理提供了参考。In order to process the household wastes in remote villages on-site harmlessly,a pyrolysis gasification process for processing the household wastes was designed,and the related equipment was also developed based on this process.The main structure,parameters and performance of the equipment were elaborated.The results show that the process route and the equipment have the technical characteristics of suitable processing capacity,up-to-standard emission,small investment,and simple operation,which can meet the needs for processing the household wastes economically and environmental-friendly in remote villages.Compared with the centralized processing of household wastes,it can save transportation costs and avoid secondary pollution,which provides a reference for the processing of household wastes in remote villages.
