摘  要:目前市场上光学防抖马达弹簧片切除手段主要两种方式,一是人工治具切除,二是冲压模具切除。因材料薄,易变形,此两种方法不具备柔性生产特点,给产品多样性生产造成了困扰。针对此情况,结合现阶段工业技术和精益制造理念,再根据制造现场需求开发设计了弹簧片激光切除设备。利用激光切割手动,结合物料自动定位和精确移动,很好地将产品从物料板中分离,并可以根据程序控制,实现不同产品的共用,符合柔性生产理念。通过解决送料精度问题、定位问题、激光切割选型问题、激光参数验证以及排料等问题,实现了设计的目的。There are two ways to cut the spring of optical anti shake motor in the market:one is manual fixture cutting,the other is stamping die cutting.Because the material is thin and easy to deform,these two methods do not have the characteristics of flexible production,which causes trouble to the production of product diversity.In view of this situation,combined with the current industrial technology and lean manufacturing concept,and then according to the needs of the manufacturing site,the spring plate laser cutting equipment was developed and designed.Using laser cutting manual,combined with automatic positioning and accurate movement of materials,the products could be well separated from the material board,and different products could be shared according to program control,which was in line with the concept of flexible production.By solving the problems of feeding accuracy,positioning,laser cutting type selection,laser parameter verification and discharge,the purpose of the design was realized.
