高校高水平运动员就业期望影响因素分析研究--基于Z大学的逻辑回归实证分析

摘　　要：高水平运动员作为大学生中一个特殊群体,研究高水平运动员就业期望影响因素对促进其高质量就业具有重要的现实意义。本研究通过利用统计分析软件(SPSS 26.0),从个人属性特征、文化学习情况、体育运动情况、家庭因素、个人经历五个维度对Z大学在校高水平运动员薪资期望、就业单位性质期望和就业去向期望进行回归分析;并辅之以对部分高水平运动员及其辅导员、教练员进行结构性访谈。得出性别、年级、学习成绩、科研经历、运动项目、运动员等级、父母所接受教育程度、父母在组织内的职级层次、兼职经历、从事兼职的主要目的、校园生活经历为在校高水平运动员就业期望的影响因素,并以此为基础结合期望理论和职业发展理论分主体提出促进高水平运动员就业的有效途径和对策建议。"Employment is the greatest livelihood of the people."The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the new goal of achieving higher quality and fuller employment.Employment of college students is undoubtedly an extremely important part of achieving this goal.As a special group of college students,high-level athletes have important practical significance to fully understand the current employment expectations of high-level athletes to promote their high-quality employment.This article uses statistical analysis software(SPSS 26.0),from the five dimensions of personal attributes,cultural learning conditions,sports conditions,family factors,and personal experience to the salary expectations of the high-level athletes at the University of Z,the expectations of the nature of employment,and the destination of employment.Expected regression analysis;supplemented by structured interviews with some high-level athletes and their instructors and coaches,and finally obtained the current status of employment expectations and specific influencing factors for high-level athletes in University Z,and combined them on this basis Expectation theory and career development theory are divided into the main body and put forward effective ways and countermeasures to promote the employment of high-level athletes.
