醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药贴脐治疗小儿盗汗临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药贴脐治疗小儿盗汗的临床疗效。方法:选取100例盗汗患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予葡萄糖酸钙口服液和维生素D滴剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药贴脐治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医症状评分和临床症状消失时间。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组各项中医症状评分及总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组各项中医症状评分及总积分较治疗前降低,且观察组各项中医症状评分及总积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盗汗、夜卧不安消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上,加用醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药贴脐治疗盗汗疗效显著,可以调和阴阳,固涩止汗,更大程度地改善患儿临床症状,促进康复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingpi Yang’er granules combined with Chinese medicine umbilical paste for children night sweating. Methods:A total of 100 cases of children with night sweating were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium gluconate oral solution and vitamin D drops,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xingpi Yang’er granules combined with Chinese medicine umbilical paste based on the treatment of the control group. Clinical effects,Chinese medicine symptom scores and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 76.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of each Chinese medicine symptom score and the total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, each Chinese medicine symptom score and the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of night sweating and restless sleep at night in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on western medicine treatment,the additional use of Xingpi Yang’er granules combined with Chinese medicine umbilical paste has a significant curative effect in treating night sweating,which can harmonize yin and yang,consolidate essence and arrest sweating,improve clinical symptoms of children to a greater extent and promote rehabilitation.
