摘 要:目的:观察热毒宁联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎对患儿血清炎性因子、淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取124例病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各62例。对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用热毒宁治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清炎性因子、淋巴细胞亚群水平及神经功能改善情况。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、CD8^(+)水平均降低(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、CD8^(+)水平均较低(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较高(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎可有效控制炎症反应,恢复T淋巴细胞亚群水平。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Reduning combined with ganciclovir on serum inflammatory factors and lymphocyte subsets in children with viral encephalitis.Methods:A total of 124 children with viral encephalitis were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganciclovir,and the study group was additionally treated with Reduning based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in serum and lymphocyte subsets and neurological function improvement in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10) and CD8^(+)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were increased(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and CD8^(+)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Reduning combined with ganciclovir for children with viral encephalitis can effectively control the inflammatory responses and recover the levels of T lymphocyte subsets.
