逍遥四物汤合失笑散联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗玻璃体出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥四物汤合失笑散联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗气滞血瘀型玻璃体出血的临床疗效。方法:选取88例气滞血瘀型玻璃体出血患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组各44例,对照组(47眼)予以卵磷脂络合碘片治疗,试验组(49眼)在对照组治疗基础上予以逍遥四物汤合失笑散加减治疗,2组均连续用药8周,比较2组治疗前后视力值变化,观察2组治疗8周后玻璃体出血的吸收效果、视力恢复效果。结果:治疗8周后,2组视力值均较治疗前上升,且试验组视力值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,试验组玻璃体出血吸收的总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组81.82%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,试验组视力恢复的总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组77.27%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥四物汤合失笑散联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗气滞血瘀型玻璃体出血的临床疗效显著,有助于改善患者的视力值,提升其玻璃体出血的吸收效果及视力恢复效果。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Siwu tang and Shixiao powder combined with lodized lecithin tablets for vitreous hemorrhage of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients with vitreous hemorrhage of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group. The control group(47 eyes) was given lodized lecithin tablets treatment, and the experiment group(49 eyes) was additionally treated with modified Xiaoyao Siwu tang and Shixiao powder based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. The changes in visual acuity before and after treatment in the two groups were compared;the absorption effect of vitreous hemorrhage and the recovery effect of visual acuity in the two groups were observed. Results:After eight weeks of treatment, the visual acuity in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment, and the visual acuity in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After eight weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of absorption of vitreous hemorrhage was95.45% in the experiment group,higher than that of 81.82% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of recovery of visual acuity was 93.18% in the experiment group,higher than that of 77.27% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Xiaoyao Siwu tang and Shixiao powder combined with lodized lecithin tablets for vitreous hemorrhage of qi stagnation and blood stasis type has a significant clinical effect,and can improve the visual acuity of patients,and enhance the absorption effect of vitreous hemorrhage and the recovery effect of visual acuity.
