畲医捉筋疗法在常见急症中的应用初探

摘　　要：根据畲族民间医药走访及临床治疗体会,通过挖掘、归纳、整理,初步总结出畲医捉筋疗法在治疗常见急症中的优势病种有落枕、急性腰扭伤、风寒头痛、寒湿腹泻等。操作步骤分理筋、捉筋、解筋3步。首先以综合手法理筋,找出阳性反应点;捉筋是关键步骤、技术核心,以拇指、食指、中指抓取阳性反应点,上提、绷紧、放松,以局部皮肤潮红出痧为目的,起到散瘀消肿、激发阳气、调和气血的作用;联合畲医特色畲药、手法、药罐、针刺来解筋。本法广泛适用于因"经筋壅塞、气血瘀堵、邪毒凝结"所致的内、外、妇、儿各科疾病,有"简、广、廉、效"的特点,值得进行深入研究并在基层推广应用。Based on the visit of folk She medicine and clinical practice experience,through exploration,induction and sorting, it is preliminarily summarized that the dominant diseases of sinew-grabbing therapy of She medicine in the treatment of common emergencies are stiff neck,acute lumbar sprain,headache due to wind cold,and diarrhea due to cold dampness. The operation includes three steps,namely sinew soothing,sinew grabbing,and sinew releasing. Firstly,to sooth the sinew with comprehensive manipulation and to find out positive reaction points. Secondly,sinew grabbing is the key step and technical core;positive reaction points are to be grabbed by thumb,index finger,and middle finger,and to be lifted,tightened,and relaxed until the skin is locally flushing with red splotches or petechia,which can achieve effects of dissipating stasis and dispersing swelling,invigorating yang qi,and harmonizing the qi and blood. Sinew releasing is assisted by special She medicines, manipulation, medicinal cup, and acupuncture. This method is widely applicable to internal,external,gynecological and pediatric diseases caused by blocked meridian sinew,qi-blood stagnation,and pathogen-toxin binding. It has characteristics of simple operation,wide application,low expense,and effectiveness;thus,it is worthy of further study as well as promotion and application at the grass-roots level.
