摘　　要：遗精是一种常见的男科疾病,给男性带来了很大困扰。《理虚元鉴》是一部中医虚劳证治专著,对男科疾病遗精梦泄亦有独到见解,针对心肾不交为主的主要病机,提出独具特色的脉法及治法,有利于规范遗精的治疗,对现代临床有重要的指导意义。Seminal emission is a common andrology disease, which brings great trouble to men. Lixu Yuanjian is a monograph on the Chinese medicine treatment of consumptive disease,with unique views on seminal emission and dream emission in andrology diseases. Aiming at the main pathogenesis of heart-kidney disharmony,this book puts forward unique pulse methods and treatment methods, which is conducive to standardizing the treatment of seminal emission and has important guiding significance for modern clinical practice.
