中日高校大学生就业状况的比较研究

摘　　要：将中日两国高校大学生就业状况做比较,对我国大学生就业工作有一定启发。文章首先对中日两国大学生整体就业状况做简要的梳理,其次将中日两国的大学生就业机构、就业政策、就业服务体系、就业指导以及就业观念进行全方位比较,最后从中得到改进我国大学生就业状况的启示:就业机构管理规范化、权责划分明确,结合学生实际需求、健全完善相关的大学生就业配套政策,完善就业服务体系、促进相关要素相互协调,通过职业生涯教育课程、帮助大学生树立正确的就业观。At present,the employment rate of college students in Japan is relatively high.Comparing the employment situation of college students in China and Japan will have a certain positive significance in improving the employment rate of college students in my country.The article firstly summarizes the overall employment situation of coliege students in China and Japan,and then compares the employment agencies,employment policies,employment service systems,employment guidance and employment concepts of my country and Japan in an all-round way,and finally improves the situation of Chinese college students.Enlightenment from employment status:standardized management of employment agencies,clear division of powers and responsibilities,combined with the actual needs of students,perfected and perfected the relevant employment supporting policies for college students,improved the employment service system,promoted the coordination of relevant elements,and helped college students to establish correctness through career education courses Employment concept.
