摘　　要：2021年黄河中下游出现了罕见的秋季洪水,防汛形势极为严峻。此次秋汛共计6次主要洪水过程,来水主要集中在泾渭河、伊洛河、沁河等支流,多站洪水突破历史同期极值。在秋汛防御中,水利部黄河水利委员会强化洪水预测预报,科学部署,实现了水工程精细化调度,为取得秋汛防御全面胜利提供了强力支撑。In autumn 2021,serious floods that were seldom seen happened in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.There were six major flood processes,with floodwater mainly coming from tributaries of Jingwei,Yiluo and Qinhe rivers.The floods measured by some stations broke the record of the same period in history.In order to fight against the floods,the Yellow River Conservancy Commission strengthened flood forecasting and made scientific arrangements by refined scheduling of water structures,which provide strong support for the victory of flood defense.
