摘 要:2021年黄河流域中下游地区发生历史罕见秋汛洪水,水利部黄河水利委员会信息中心利用卫星、无人机等天空地一体化监测技术,充分发挥其快速高效、大范围动态与局部精细并重、不受地面灾情影响等突出优势,在秋汛洪水期间开展了黄河下游河势、重点水库水面、支流洪水、河口湿地等遥感跟踪监测,全程记录了秋汛洪水发生、发展、消退的时空变化过程,及时为2021年黄河秋汛洪水防御决策滚动会商提供重要支撑。In autumn 2021,a historically rare flood occurred in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin.The Information Center of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources employed space-sky-ground integrated monitoring technologies of satellite,UAV,and remote sensing,by taking their advantages of fast and efficient,large-scale dynamic and local precision,and free from the impact of ground disasters.Remote sensing tracking and monitoring were conducted during the autumn flood to monitor the river regimes in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,the water surface of key reservoirs,tributary floods,and estuarine wetlands.The whole process of spatial-temporal change during flood occurrence,development,and regression was recorded,which provided great support for decision-making in consultation meetings.
