摘 要:在抗御2021年黄河流域中下游历史罕见秋汛洪水过程中,多年来按照微弯型整治方案修建的河道整治工程起到了关键作用,是稳定下游河势的基本保障。但由于工程长度、工程结构、浮桥、胶泥咀等诸多因素影响,仍有部分河段与规划流路偏差较大,造成部分工程脱河,局部坝垛受主溜顶冲严重。为此,根据下游防洪需要,开展黄河下游河道规划流路与秋汛洪水期河势对比分析,找出现行河势与规划流路出现严重偏差原因,探寻归顺河势措施。In the process of fighting against the autumn flood in 2021,the river training scheme of building micro bends played a key role to guarantee the river regime downstream.However,due to the influential factors such as project length,engineering structures,floating bridge and clay mouth,large deviations are existed in some river sections according to the planned flow paths,resulting in the separation and damages of dam piers by the main sliding roof.In accordance with the needs of flood prevention downstream,the study focused on the comparison between the planned flow path in the downstream of the Yellow River and the river regime in the autumn flood season,in order to find out reasons for the serious deviations between the current and planned flow paths and measures to rationalize the river regime.
