摘　　要：结合非洲某水电EPC项目设计管理实践,总结对外设计管理中应形成的合同意识,为EPC总承包企业实现合同管理与设计管理有机结合提供具体着眼点。国际工程人员应增强设计管理中的合同意识,实现EPC项目合同管理前置,有助于EPC承包商提升项目管理水平并维护其自身正当的合同权益。Based on engineering management practice in an international EPC hydropower project in Africa,it is concluded that necessary contract awareness shall be emphasized in the outer engineering management process to establish actual control points for realizing the combination of contract management and engineering management.Contract management shall be put ahead in EPC projects through the improvement of contract awareness in engineering management by related parties of the international projects to improve the project management ability and maintain their due contract right.
