摘  要:目的:对异叶青兰进行生药学研究。方法:按照中国植物志规范对异叶青兰原植物进行性状鉴别并对叶片、花托、茎等部位进行细致描述,使用BX53生物显微镜对异叶青兰各部位进行粉末显微鉴别,使用HistoCore MULTICUT生物轮转式切片机对异叶青兰进行茎横切和叶横切,并在BX53生物显微镜下对其进行观察及标注各个部位,使用SZX-16体式荧光显微镜对异叶青兰种子进行鉴别并描述,参考2020版中国药典第一册的薄层研究方法对齐墩果酸、迷迭香酸、木犀草素进行薄层鉴别及方法提高。结果:异叶青兰药材性状与现有植物描述一致,显微鉴别特征图片清晰,薄层鉴别结果显示,供试品色谱在与对照品色谱对应的位置显示相同颜色的斑点,且10批异叶青兰成分较为相似,均显示出明显的迷迭香酸,木犀草素,木犀草苷,齐墩果酸斑点。其中,迷迭香酸斑点深浅差别较大。结论:本研究方法能够有效对异叶青兰进行生药学鉴定,为提高异叶青兰质量标准提供参考。Objective:To study the pharmacognosy of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth..Methods:The original plants of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.were identified according to the Chinese botany specification,and the leaves,corollas,stems and other parts were described in detail.The powder microscopic identification of various parts of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.was carried out by using BX53 biological microscope,and the stems and leaves of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.were transversely cut by using HistoCore MULTICUT biological rotary slicer.The various parts were observed and labeled under the BX53 biological microscope.The seeds of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.were identified and described by using the SZX-16 volumetric fluorescence microscope.The oleanolic acid,rosmarinic acid and luteolin were identified and improved by referring to the thin-layer research method in Volume I of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020.Results:The medicinal properties of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.were consistent with the description of existing plants,and the microscopic identification characteristics were clear.The TLC identification results showed that the chromatogram of the test sample showed the same color spots in the corresponding position with the reference chromatogram.The components of 10 batches of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.were similar,and all showed obvious spots of rosmarinic acid,luteolin,galuteolin and oleanolic acid.Among them,the colour of rosmarinic acid spots varies greatly.Conclusion:This research method can effectively identify the pharmacognosy of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.and provide reference for improving the quality standard of the herb.
