摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗中风后疲劳(PSF)的选穴规律。方法:检索中文、英文数据库,严格按照纳入、排除标准筛选符合针灸治疗PSF的临床研究文献,并建立数据库。使用Excel 2019分析处方中的高频腧穴、经络归属、特定穴情况、腧穴部位,应用Apriori算法、Cytoscape及SPSS 25.0进行腧穴关联规则、配伍网络结构、系统聚类分析。结果:共纳入26篇文献,提取针灸处方29首,涉及46个腧穴,以并补气血阴阳原则,多选取任脉、督脉、胃经腧穴,特定穴多用五输穴、下合穴,其核心处方选穴为百会-足三里-三阴交-关元-气海,可根据患者情况进行辨证选穴。结论:数据挖掘得出的选穴规律符合PSF补虚抗劳的治疗原则,可为临床提供一定参考。Objective:To analyze the regularity of acupoints selection for post-stroke fatigue(PSF)by data mining technology.Methods:Clinical research literature in Chinese and English about acupuncture and moxibustion treating PSF was strictly screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to establish the database.Excel 2019 was used to analyze the high-frequency acupoints,meridian attributions,specific acupoints and acupoints locations;Apriori algorithm,Cytoscape and SPSS 25.0 were applied to analyze association rules,compatibility network structure and systematic clustering.Results:A total of 26 articles were included,29 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were extracted,involving 46 acupoints,the principle was mainly invigorating Qi,blood and Yin and Yang.The acupoints on Ren meridian,Du meridian and Stomach meridian were selected,and the specific acupoints were mostly five-Shu points and lower confluent points.The core prescription was Baihui(DU20)-Zusanli(ST36)-Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Guanyuan(RN4)-Qihai(RN6),which could be modified according to the patient’s condition.Conclusion:The acupoints selection rule obtained by data mining conforms to the treatment principle of tonifying deficiency and relieving fatigue in treating PSF,which can provide certain reference for clinical practice.
