穴位贴敷防治支气管哮喘缓解期60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治支气管哮喘患者缓解期的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年6月—2019年10月就诊于由黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院呼吸科符合诊断标准的支气管哮喘60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组于三伏天初、中、末伏的第1天在肺俞、定喘、大椎、中府的对照穴位上进行穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用中药汤剂辨证论治,随访1年,1年后观察两组治疗前后哮喘发作次数、肺功能变化情况。结果:治疗后,穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘作用显著,可显著改善小气道功能,生活质量明显优于治疗组。两组治疗前肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEF25%)相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1年后,治疗组与对照组肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEF25%)均有改善,而治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期,疗效显著,改善患者活动受限,减少哮喘的发作次数,提高生存质量,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma at remission stage based on treatment of winter disease in summer.Methods:60 patients with bronchial asthma who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint application to Feishu(BL13),Dingchuan(EX-B1),Dazhui(DU14)and Zhongfu(LU1)on each first day of the first dog-days,the second dog-days and the last dog-days,whereas the control group was treated with herbal decoction based on syndrome differentiation.The follow-up duration was one year.The number of asthma attacks and the changes of lung functions were observed in the two groups one year after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,acupoint application had a significant effect on bronchial asthma,which could significantly improved the functions of small airways and the quality of life compared to the therapy of the control group.There were no statistical differences in lung functions(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEF25%)between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).One year after the treatment,lung functions(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEF25%)improved in the two groups and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application has a significant efficacy in the treatment of bronchial asthma at remission stage,which can improve patients’limited mobility,reduce the number of asthma attacks and improve the quality of life.The therapy has a high clinical application value.
