图书馆职业发展的“囚笼困境”研究框架  

On the “Cage Dilemma” Research Framework of Library Career Development

摘　　要：图书馆职业发展的“囚笼困境”是图书馆学领域中一个还没有引起足够重视的问题。此问题研究框架包括两部分内容:一是理论基础,二是研究内容。前者主要有图书馆职业理论、图书馆社会学和图书馆人力资源管理;后者主要包括基本理论、“安于现状者”的心理与行为分析、“受困者”的心理与行为分析、不同系统图书馆的“囚笼困境”比较、不同层次图书馆的“囚笼困境”比较,以及“囚笼困境”的应对策略六大模块。在此基础上,提出了有关这一研究的14个重要问题。The“cage dilemma”of library career development is an important problem that has not attracted enough attention in the field of library science.The“cage dilemma”research framework of library career development includes two parts:theoretical basis and research content.The former mainly includes professional library theory,library sociology and library human resource management;the latter mainly includes six modules:basic theory,analysis of the psychology and behavior of the“content with the status quo”,analysis of the psychology and behavior of the“trapped”,comparison of the“cage dilemma”in libraries of different systems,comparison of the“cage dilemma”in libraries of different levels,and countermeasures of the“cage dilemma”.On this basis,fourteen important questions related to this study are proposed.
