习近平城镇化绿色发展理念的科学内涵与实践路径

摘　　要：城镇化绿色发展是习近平生态文明思想体系的重要组成部分。习近平关于城镇化绿色发展的系列论述,剖析了为什么要推进绿色城镇化,阐释了城镇化绿色发展的内涵特征,指明了以绿色发展理念推进新型城镇化的实践路径。习近平城镇化绿色发展理念的形成,有着鲜明的问题意识、明确的实践指向以及扎实的思想和理论基础。城镇化绿色发展以城市与自然和谐共生为基本要义,以提高民生的环境福祉为根本宗旨,追求经济社会与环境协调发展目标,强调维护城市生态系统的服务功能。其实践路径包括创新城市发展模式、提高城市规划质量、优化城市空间结构、维护城市生态安全、加大城市环境治理等方面的内容。深刻认识习近平关于城镇化绿色发展的重要论述,对于在城市领域践行习近平生态文明思想,以新发展理念创新城镇化模式有着重要意义。President Xi Jinping’s serial remarks on green urbanization development are a vital component of Xi Jinping thought system on ecological civilization.The formation of Xi’s concept of green urbanization development has been based on critical problem awareness,clear practice orientation,and solid foundation of both ideology and theories.Basing itself on the harmonious co-existence of cities and nature,the green urbanization development deems enhancing people’s living environment as its fundamental purpose,and seeks the goal of coordinated economy-environment development as well as underlines the service function of city ecological system.Its implementation paths include innovation of city development mode,quality improvement of city planning,optimization of city space structure,maintenance of city ecological security and enhanced management of city environment and etc.
